It is one of the worst hotel ..their furniture are in an extremely bad condition. They use broken furnitures and they will charge u for unnecessary things.. Bed sheets and pillow covers are in very dirty condition. Staffs are very rude and they dint co operate.. Food 1/10 Staff 0/10 Amenities 0/10 Overall I would give 0/10

Most pathetic hotel in mount abu. Hotel means services and politeness. But staff behind reception is worst than gali ke gunde. Manager with his pathetic face has no sense how to talk with customer. He is behave like monster. Rooms are very small and the called it superior delux. 😂 i mean they have no sense how to run hotel and they thinking they are better than rest of all hotel un mount abu. Just check his any 15 reviews, whoever posted bad experience, he trying to nailed all. Are you running hotel or any jugari adda ? Such a worst experience with most worst people in mount abu. Its not only. Many have so much issue and just check how he behave in number of reviews..

We moved to this hotel after a bad night at one down the road. We had the basic room with no air con. The room was very clean with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The fan was quiet and we had 2 opening windows. Facilities were basic but the room was a good size with a tv. No fridge. The staff here are lovely and our room was serviced every day with additional toiletries, new towels and bins emptied. Any requests were sorted out quickly. Mt Abu is an expensive destination for accommodation but we thought this was a good choice and we would definitely stay here again. The Hillock hotel over the rd is a superb choice for excellent food and drinks. And Charles of Mt Abu trekking took us on a great trek. A very enjoyable stay in a lovely destination.
